  • In a small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and 3 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar. Gradually stir in the cream until sugar dissolves. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer gently over low heat for 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Serve warm.
