Darkest Hot Fudge
In a small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and 3 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar. Gradually stir in the cream until sugar dissolves. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer gently over low heat for 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Serve warm.Advertisement
Chill leftovers, covered for up to 2 weeks. To serve, transfer desired amount of sauce to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 100% (high) power for 30 to 45 seconds or until just warm, stirring once.
