Cucumber White Sangria
In a large pitcher, combine the wine with half of the fresh ingredients: half the cucumber, one lime, 1 cup grapes and 1/4 cup mint. Using a wooden spoon, press the fruit, mint and cucumber against the side of the pitcher to crush slightly. Chill both the wine mixture and the remaining cucumber, limes and grapes, covered, for 4 hours or overnight.Advertisement
To serve, use a slotted spoon to remove and discard solids from wine (or pour mixture through a sieve). Add ice, grape juice and remaining cucumber, lime, grapes and mint. Add the seltzer. Stir gently just until combined. Serve immediately.
