In a large mixer bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, syrup, and honey; beat well with an electric mixer. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice. Add to mixture; beat until well mixed.
By hand, stir in sunflower seeds, sesame seed, pecans, and raisins, if desired. (Dough may be covered and refrigerated for several hours or overnight.)
Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Makes about 96 cookies.
