  • In a large bowl, combine milk and coffee crystals. Let stand for 5 minutes to dissolve crystals.

  • Stir in pudding mix and dessert topping mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed about 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on high speed about 4 minutes or until fluffy. Alternately spoon chocolate mousse and strawberries into 6 individual parfait glasses. Serve immediately or chill until serving time. If you like, garnish with chocolate pieces. Makes 6 servings.
