  • In a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil over medium heat about 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir ketchup, maple syrup, vinegar, peppers and adobo sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, and salt into onion mixture. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 25 to 35 minutes or until slightly thickened and syrupy, stirring occasionally.*
