Inspired by a Chilean dish that typically features thinly sliced grilled steak, this version of the Chacarero sandwich not only uses leftover Thanksgiving turkey but leftover green beans as well.




  • For garlic mayonnaise, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes.

  • To assemble the sandwich, split the roll in half; spread cut sides with some garlic mayonnaise. On bottom half of roll, layer turkey, pepperoncini salad peppers, tomato, and green beans. Add top half of the roll.
