  • In a bowl combine salt, coriander, and black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over chicken tenderloins. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.

  • In a large bowl toss together the next seven ingredients (through red onion). Chop the grilled chicken and add to salad mixture; toss to combine.

  • Divide salad among four plates. Top each with two of the Sesame Wontons. Drizzle salad with Sesame Dressing and sprinkle with nuts and, if desired, green onion tops.
