Make Ham and Cream Gravy with the ingredients given above. In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, micro-cook butter, uncovered, on 100 percent power (high) for 40 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in milk all at once. Cook, uncovered, on high for 7 to 9 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring after every minute until thickened, then every 30 seconds. Stir in chopped ham. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more or until heated through.
