Ca Va Punch
"You look like an amazing host with punch at a party, but people serve themselves -- so easy. This one has dark berry notes from crème de cassis, which is a black currant liqueur. It goes great with a cheese board," says Caitlin Corcoran of Kansas City's Ca Va bar.
At least 1 day before serving, arrange thin slices of lemon in a ring mold. (Make sure the mold fits your punch bowl.) Add just enough cold water to anchor lemon slices. Freeze on a level surface until firm, about 2 hours. Add more cold water to fill ring. Freeze until solid.
