Prepare the Low-Fat Corn Bread Squares batter as directed. Spray corn-stick pans or muffin pans with the nonstick cooking spray. Spoon the batter into prepared pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Lightly grease the hot corn-stick pans to bake remaining batter. Makes 24 to 26 sticks or 12 muffins.
