Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Grease with cooking spray.
In a dry skillet, toast oats until golden; remove oats. Toast almonds in skillet. In a large saucepan, combine almond butter, butter, brown sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil over medium-high, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Off heat, stir in vanilla and salt. Stir in oats and almonds, crisp rice cereal, dried blueberries, and chia seeds.
Press mixture firmly in prepared baking pan. Cover with wax paper, set another pan inside, and weigh down with cans of food. Chill until firm, 2 hours. Using foil, lift mixture from pan; cut into bars. Store in a single layer in an airtight container in refrigerator.
