Best-Ever Turkey Burgers
Yep, we said it -- these are the best, juiciest, most flavorful turkey burgers we've tried. The secret is mushrooms. They add juiciness and savory flavor (and make it a healthier burger!), but you actually don't even realize they're there.

*Variation
The mushrooms really do wonders for ground turkey, which is often so dry as a burger. But this recipe can be made with any ground meat (beef, pork, lamb, chicken), and you'll get the same benefits -- extra nutrients and juiciness from the secret 'shrooms and less cholesterol, fat and calories from meat.
*Prep Tip
A food processor is ideal for finely chopping the mushrooms, but a large chef's knife is fine, too.
