Peppery Grilled Steak with Tomatoes
Trim fat from steaks. Rub steaks with the garlic. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with the steak seasoning.Advertisement
Grill steak on the rack of a covered charcoal or gas grill directly over medium heat. Allow 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (145° F) or 12 to 15 minutes for medium doneness (160° F).
Meanwhile, in a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, cilantro and vinaigrette. Serve over grilled steak.
