Beef and Sweet Potato Stew
Give beef stew a globally inspired twist. Tender sweet potato, dried fruit, peanuts and cinnamon bring the sweet and spicy flavors of West Africa and Morocco to the meal.
Lean Beef Stew Meat:
For 1-1/4 lb. lean beef stew meat, trim fat from a 1-3/4 lb. boneless beef chuck roast. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
For Easy Cleanup:
Line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.
