  • Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add bagels, asparagus, ham, spinach and 1/2 cup cheese. Transfer to prepared baking dish; top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • While oven preheats to 350°, let strata stand 20 minutes at room temperature. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
