  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, half-and-half, lemon juice and garlic powder. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add fish and continue beating until almost smooth. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Serve with crackers, bread and/or cut up vegetables. Makes 2 cups spread.
