  • In a medium bowl, combine watermelon, grapes, chilled Vanilla Syrup, basil, mint, and saba. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

  • For a charcoal grill, grill pineapple slices on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 6 to 8 minutes or until pineapple is heated through, turning once halfway through grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce to medium heat. Place pineapple on grill rack over heat. Cover; grill as above).
