In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in honey, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper. Remove from heat. Add nuts. Stir until nuts are coated. Spread nuts in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until nuts are toasted, stirring once or twice. Spread on a piece of foil; cool. Store in an airtight container.
