Baked Brie with Fruit
Prepare this simple appetizer in just 15 minutes, then grill a few minutes more. Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.
If serving with apple or pear slices, dip in lemon juice to prevent browning.
Place brie round in a 9-inch pie plate. Spread with orange marmalade as above. Bake, uncovered, in a 325° oven 10 to 12 minutes or till Brie is softened and warmed. Remove from oven and serve as above.
