Step 1: Gather materials
Gather the following materials: a foam wreath, toothpicks, spray snow and various sizes of foam balls.

Step 2: Attach foam balls
Lay the ring flat on your work surface. Push a toothpick partway into each ball and push the opposite end of the toothpick into the ring. Cover the front and edges of the ring with the balls, randomly placing the three sizes.

Step 3: Spray wreath
Before you spray the wreath with the artificial snow, cover your workspace and make sure the work area is well-ventilated. Spray the wreath with several coats of the snow, letting the spray dry thoroughly after each coat.

Hang with a ribbon, and your wreath is ready for this year's holiday party!
