How to Create a Berry Holiday Wreath
Step 1: Gather materials
Gather artificial mixed pine sprays with attached pinecones and berries, a hot-glue gun and glue sticks, a 12-inch diameter grapevine wreath, artificial angel pine sprays, artificial red berry stems, 13/4 yards of 21/2-inch-wide wire-edged ribbon and florists wire.
Step 2: Add the first four branches
Trim the stems of four mixed pine sprays and glue them on top of the wreath in a clockwise direction.
Step 3: Fill out wreath
Fill in the bare spots by adding additional mixed pine sprays to the wreath until it looks full.
Step 4: Add angel pine sprays
Next, glue the angel pine sprays on top of the wreath, making sure to arrange them so they look natural.
Step 5: Add berries
Weave berry sprays among branches and glue to wreath.
Step 6: Create and add bow
The final step is to wire or glue a bow to the top of the wreath. Make the bow by cutting a 40-inch piece of ribbon and shaping three 5-inch loops with it, leaving a 10-inch tail on one end. Wrap wire around the bow center and twist it around the center of the remaining piece of ribbon. Trim wire and ribbon tails. Hot-glue bow to the wreath.
