Midwest Living Review
Owned by Robert Haack Diamonds, a Milwaukee jeweler since 1948, Diamonds in the Dells sells the diamonds and diamond engagement rings that made its owner famous. But that's not all. The shop carries Native American jewelry and is getting recognition for its estate and vintage sterling silver and platinum pieces. Customers will also find Pandora bracelets, Italian charms, spoon rings and pearls. The most popular items are the semiprecious gemstones, which run from $25 to $500.
Diamonds in the Dells carries a small assortment of scarves and women's accessories, and they advertise the fact that they buy gold. Because of those signs, some people may sometimes hesitate to enter, thinking it's a pawn shop. It's not! Employees are friendly and helpful, offering to clean rings while you shop. And don't be afraid to haggle a bit on the prices. As the store manager says, “Sometimes we can do better.”
