Midwest Living Review
Families with young children might have trouble tearing the kids away from Pecks Farm Market, a Spring Green institution that actually has two locations, one east of town and one west of town, both along US-14. At Pecks Farm Market East, an indoor-outdoor market selling produce, popcorn, candy, jam and salsa feels like an afterthought to the plethora of kids' activities outside, many of which are free to enjoy. Residents of the attractive petting zoo include a llama, goats, chickens, turkeys and even a tiny alligator. A huge sand pit has a tempting assortment of plastic dump trucks, buckets, spades and other toys. Little tykes can troll around in plastic cars, while older kids can play a round miniature golf. The whole place is pleasantly down-to-earth. The toys are a bit faded, the signage hand-painted, and everyone is having a blast (and stocking up on fresh watermelon and cantaloupe) without spending much money.
