If you're staying at The Osthoff Resort, Otto's is a good choice for a moderately priced, on-site meal.

Otto's isn't anything special, but it's certainly a nice enough place to eat. Set in the lower level of The Osthoff Resort, it's adjacent to a spacious hall and a patio overlooking Elkhart Lake. You can dine in the restaurant proper, a rather small spot decorated in forest green with a small bar at one end, or on the outdoor patio (summers only). The restaurant serves casual American cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a weekend breakfast buffet. You can probably guess the menu: eggs, pancakes, French toast and oatmeal for breakfast, and, on the combined lunch/dinner menu, slightly more creative items like grilled chicken and sun-dried cherry salad, aged white cheddar macaroni and cheese, and pork schnitzel. Breakfast entrees run $7-$10, while lunch/dinner entrees are $7-$22. A children's menu is available, featuring four breakfast options and six dinner/lunch items. In a rather strange set-up, any specialty coffee drink you order is made upstairs in the Osthoff Coffee Shop, then brought down and served to you in a paper cup. It wasn't quiet what we expected from a four-diamond resort.
