Midwest Living Review
Looking for unusual fabrics or just want a lot of options for your next quilt? Quilter's Quest is what you've been looking for. The shop is stocked with hundreds of choices on shelves that line walls and spill out onto the floor. Experienced quilters will find plenty to look through, and owner Linda Batley is happy to share her knowledge with novices. There's a sitting area in back to relax in after a hard day of touring Door County, and you'll also find a wide assortment of nifty supplies for your hobby. What really sets this shop apart is it's owner's dedication. Linda goes the extra mile to keep her customers happy, trying to find the tools and accessories that you can't get everywhere else. Quilter's Quest is open Thursday through Sunday in the off-season -- November to April but if you're in the neighborhood on an off day and facing a quilting emergency, feel free to get in touch with Batley. She's been known to leave her home number on the store's door and is happy to open it up for special appointments. During the busy season (May through October), the store is open daily.
