Midwest Living Review
A quick elevator ride to the top of the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark leads to a whole new level of outstanding food and service at Three Sixty restaurant. Choose to dine inside or on one of the posh patios overlooking the city from nearly 400 feet in the air. It's hard to go wrong with the assortment of small plates here. Executive Chef Rex Hale allows locally sourced ingredients to star in many of his items, from the savory artisanal cheese plate for two ($9) to his signature fish tacos ($9) topped with a smooth chili creme fraiche and a bold salsa roja. The pizzas are surprisingly affordable ($12-$14) and feature local artisanal cheeses, cured meats and produce. Wine connoisseurs will not be disappointed by the impressive list of whites and reds, and cocktail lovers will also get their fix. We love the smooth and refreshing Friends with Benefits ($9) infused with rum, Cointreau, strawberries and a hint of vanilla. Whether you're looking down at your plate or out the window, the views here are terrific, and the service is just as impressive. Three Sixty opens at 4 p.m. daily as well as two hours prior to every Cardinals home game.
