Midwest Living Review
Finding parking can be tough, but once inside Minsky's, you’ll find it easy to relax with a game on one of the three large-screen TVs. For a great night with friends, come during any Mizzou, Kansas or Nebraska match. Football or basketball, it doesn't matter. Midwest loyalty runs deep here.
You’ll need to turn away from the game for a while, though, because Minsky’s has one of the largest pizza menus you've probably seen. First decision, the crust: original, thin, wheat or honey wheat. Next, almost 20 types of pizza. Consider the Prime Cut that comes with pepperoni, sausage, hamburger and bacon. Though the traditional red-sauce pizza is certainly serviceable, what stands out are the specialty pies. For something different, try the white-sauce Chicken Cordon Bleu or the pesto sauce Mediterranean with feta and lamb sausage. The medium to extra-large pizzas run $12 to $20.
