Midwest Living Review
Parents might have a hard time deciding what they like best at this almost-30-year-old retreat on Table Rock Lake's Indian Point: spacious new condos with giant whirlpools, stylish furnishings and lakeview balconies, or the slew of family-pleasing free equipment. Forty-nine new condominiums in two four-story buildings overlook the lake; more are under construction. All the free stuff is perfect for active vacationing kids. Try the kayaks for 20 minutes, then switch to pedal boats or fishing with cane poles set up on the dock. Also, a fleet of rental boats and pontoons lined up in the new marina were shiny and new enough when we visited to rival adjacent private boats. Older rooms are well-tended and comfortable but not as posh and stylish as the new condos. There's an on-site coffeehouse for your morning joe fix. Water playgrounds at two of three pools will keep the kids busy. 216 rooms from $129 and condominiums from $169.
