Old Village Hall Restaurant

Old Village Hall offers made-from-scratch goodness, fresh from Mother Earth. Seasonal and local foods dictate the continually changing menu (which you can find on the Web site before you stop). Also seasonal, deck seating that provides the perfect setting to linger over a bowl of pasta and a glass of fine wine. During our visit, we enjoyed a hearty bowl of morel mushroom and chopped sirloin soup. Mushroom-lovers will also enjoy the toasted flat bread with beef on a bed of morels with sorrel pearl pasta and teriyaki sauce. Entrees start at $20. Reservations are highly recommended at this year-round establishment. Built in 1886, the building originally housed the village hall, fire station and jail. Amish-inspired hangings and other local art adorn the walls.
