Midwest Living Review
Housed in Wabasha's former city hall, this elegant and lovely shop immediately impresses with its ornate ceiling and walls decked with colorful artwork. Look more closely to find the delicate Mississippi River pearls, set into gold and silver by a local jeweler. These pieces can be pricey, but the shop sells jewelry to fit most budgets. Look for beaded bracelets, artsy necklaces and a rainbow of accent scarves. Fans of vibrant Troll Beads can find locally made and nationally sold silver pendants for necklaces and rings for mounting and displaying beads. Other gifts and accessories include paintings, prints and hand-turned wooden bowls with bone handles. Open 10 to 5 p.m. weekdays and 10 to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays in the summer.
