A $30 million renovation transformed Chase on the Lake from a past-its-prime 1922 property to the region's premiere showpiece. The hotel features 70 rooms and 46 condo units. Rates range from $79-$139 for a basic room not facing the lake to $139-$479 for condos that sleep five and include lakeside porches.
