Midwest Living Review
More homey than hip, Wiltse's serves a wide range of sandwiches, salads and entrees, plus a small selection of house brews. Service is prompt and friendly, but the menu is hit-or-miss. On our trip, the Greek salmon salad surprised us: fresh greens, crisp veggies, and a well-seasoned piece of fish. But the roll that came with it was dry, and our vegetarian burrito was a soggy disappointment. Skip the Mexican and stick to the all-American (or Greek!) fare, and you'll get a filling, if not particularly innovative, meal.
