Midwest Living Review
Grizzly Peak, a cozy microbrewery with exposed brick walls and creaky wood floors, serves serious food, too.
Grizzly Peak's century-old redbrick building has some serious curb appeal. Opened in August 1995, it's become a landmark in downtown Ann Arbor for its cozy, casual interior of wood floors, tin ceilings and exposed brick walls. The menu offes fresh, seasonal ingredients in "from-scratch" prep. We love the grilled salmon BLT, cured Scottish salmon on toasted rustic white bread with arugula, pickled red onion, bacon and vine ripe tomatoes ($9/10, depending on lunch or dinner menu). It pairs nicely with a mug of Steelhead Red, brewed on-site. Eight brews are on tap daily, and people can watch beer being brewed from the street or inside the dining room.
