Midwest Living Review
An old-fashioned soda counter, homemade ice cream, and eye-catching displays of candies and chocolates (some a bit pricey) are just a few of the reasons people make their way to this local sweet shop. The real draw, though, is hot fudge. The hot fudge sundae is hands-down the shop's best-selling item. In fact, it's so popular, they recently started selling the topping out of the restaurant in take-home jars.Lagomarcino's is an institution in the Quad Cities. Though this Davenport location is appealing, we prefer the classic ice cream parlor vibe at the Moline, Illinois, shop across the river. It has historic charm to match the quality of the fudge.
