Finger food

Don't let flatware get in the way of enjoying these dishes.

Gojo Ethiopian Cuisine, Grand Rapids, MI: Spongy injerra flatbread, for scooping up spiced meats and veggies.

Hartland BBQ, Omaha: Succulent smoked pulled chicken, with a side of apple-flavor baked beans.

Rip's Tavern, Ladd, IL: Darn good fried chicken, with fries and white bread, on a paper plate.

We second "Mile high pie" at Carlinville, Il right off the interstate. Whenever we travel thru, a meal stop at Raymond's is a must do!

The most unique, delicious, home-made chocolate candies can be found at Debrand Fine Chocolates in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Did you consider their truffles, turtles, carmel/chocolate apples/bark/candied pretzlesice cream sauces, etc. They are a locally owned company and have fabulous goodies to offer. Please consider them in the future.
