Midwest Living Review
Built by Harmonist settlers in 1818, the Rapp-Owen Granary no longer serves its agricultural function. Instead, it has been converted to an eye-catching event space, and the annual Under the Beams concert series is the star. The series features four or five acclaimed artists each year, representing many countries and a range of musical genres. Performances often sell out, so it's important to book tickets in advance. Despite the crowds, parking is easy because so many attendees arrive on foot or by golf cart. Come early to claim your general admission seat, and bring cash to make a small donation to the bake sale at intermission.
