Midwest Living Review
Huber's Orchard, Winery and Vineyards is a true family destination, offering everything from a children's fun park to the first brandy distillery in Indiana since Prohibition. You could easily spend a full day browsing the farm market, picking a basket of peaches, lunching in the cafe and exploring the cheese and ice cream shops. The highlight, however, is the winery, which is the largest estate-bottled winery in Indiana. Complimentary tours are offered several times daily, so you can get a behind-the-scenes look at the wine cellar and bottling equipment. In the soaring barn loft, you'll find a long tasting bar, which offers samples of the winery's best sellers. Be sure to try the Traminette, made with Indiana's signature grape, and the best-selling Starlight White and Sweet Marcella. The new Starlight Distillery's peach nectar is also included in the tasting, but the distillery's other infusions, ports and brandies cost extra.
