Indiana's Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum
Auburns, Cords and Duesenbergs once were the cars of movie stars and the rich and famous. It's easy enough to see why when you view the classic lines and rich detailing of these automobiles at the museum in Auburn, which once was the factory where they were made.
The best of the vintage cars are on display in the original 1930 art deco showroom of the Auburn Automobile Company. On the museum's interactive website, you can peek into the galleries. Turn to It's a Duesy Online magazine for history of the company, which began as a wagon manufacturing firm.
You'll find links to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival, the official club site and, for help planning your visit, the DeKalb County Visitors Bureau.
