Smilin' Irish eyes

On the Sunday before St. Patrick's Day, the South Side Irish Parade is a don't-miss event in Chicago, a tribute to neighborhood resilience and Irish enthusiasm. The parade has been growing in size and popularity since a small group of friends started it in 1979.
