Thirty-four brick and clapboard buildings house workshops, guest rooms, a restaurant and gift stores at Shaker Village (25 miles southwest of Lexington and 120 miles south of Cincinnati). The bedrooms and suites, though comfortable, reflect the essence of Shaker simplicity.
