Heavenly Mashed Potatoes

Directions
- In large saucepan, cook potatoes in salted boiling water 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
- Beat the potatoes in the saucepan with an electric mixer until mashed. Add cream cheese, garlic, chives, salt and pepper. Beat until combined. Gradually add enough milk to make fluffy.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the paprika and dot with the butter. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated.
Make Ahead Tip
- Prepare potatoes as directed. Cover and chill the casserole dish up to 24 hours. Uncover, sprinkle with paprika, dot with butter and bake, covered, in a 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through.
