Corn Pudding
Bake: 45 mins at 325°F
Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 14 3/4 ounce can cream-style corn
- 1 cup crushed rich round crackers (24 crackers)
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine egg, corn, 1/2 of the crushed crackers, the whipping cream, and pepper. Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle evenly over the corn mixture.
3. Bake in a 325 degree F. oven about 45 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
