Foil liners for jumbo cupcakes work as does loaf pans. I bet you will love this recipe. It's also fun to divide the batter and use colorings with this idea. like several shades of blue or pink for a baby shower. OR: I just used this idea for a wedding shower - divide the batter get out 3 separate bowls. All batter in the first original bowl; Add purple/violet paste food color to make a light lavender; pour 2/3 rds into second bowl;

often used for cheesecake) that allows you to basically open a latch and remove the pan from around the cake. With a normal cake you just flour or oil or spray or use shortening; with angel food just follow the directions on box or use wax paper. Some people also like parchment - I don't unless high moisture content or fatty-oily recipe. A tube pan for angel cake works nice because most of those have a bottom that is removable. Some people try Bundt pans; but they don't work well.
