If you love Thai peanut sauce, you'll go nuts for this simple pizza. We especially love how the veggies go on after the pizza bakes, so they stay fresh, crispy and colorful.

  • 1 pound homemade or purchased pizza dough
  • 3/4 cup purchased peanut sauce, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups purchased deli-roasted chicken, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced snow peas
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro

  1. Press the dough into a 14-inch circle on a baking sheet. Spread 1/2 cup peanut sauce evenly over dough. Top with chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Bake in a 500 degrees F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  3. Top baked pizza with shredded carrot, snow peas, green onions and cilantro. If you like, drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup peanut sauce.

  • Note The spice level of this pizza will vary greatly depending on the brand of peanut sauce used.
