Easy Potato Soup

Directions
- In a saucepan, cook carrots and onion in butter for 6 minutes.
- Stir in the potatoes. Slowly stir in enough milk for a medium-thick soup.
- Add some salt and pepper; heat. Makes 4 to 6 side-dish servings.
