Ingredients

  • 1 3 - 3 1/2 - ounce package unpopped light microwave popcorn
  • Butter-flavor nonstick cooking spray or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon-Chocolate Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups honey graham cereal and/or bear-shaped graham snack cookies
  • 1 cup plain and/or flavored tiny marshmallows
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts, soy nuts and/or cashews
  • 1 cup golden raisins, dried cranberries, mixed dried fruit bits and/or raisins
  • 1/2 12 - ounce package (1 cup) miniature candy-coated milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate pieces or 1 cup milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate pieces

Directions

  1. Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Open bag carefully and place in a very large mixing bowl. Immediately coat lightly with cooking spray or toss with butter. Sprinkle warm popcorn with Cinnamon-Chocolate Seasoning Mix*; toss gently to coat.
  2. Add cereal, marshmallows, peanuts, golden raisins and chocolate pieces; toss gently to coat. Store mixture in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

Tip

  • *Force the mixture through a small sieve with a spoon to get the mixture to distribute evenly over the popcorn.

Cinnamon-Chocolate Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 4 - serving-size package sugar-free fat-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Directions

  1. In a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine pudding mix and cinnamon. Cover and shake to combine. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months. Makes about 6 tablespoons (enough for 6 snacks).
