Senior Open House Salad

Ingredients
- 5 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced into wedges
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- House Dressing (recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup purchased seasoned croutons
Directions
1. In a large salad bowl, place the salad greens, tomatoes and cucumber.
2. Stir the dressing well; pour dressing over the salad mixture. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with croutons; toss to mix. Makes 4 servings.
3. House Dressing: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup creamy-garlic salad dressing, 1/2 cup dairy sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper. Cover; store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. If necessary, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons milk for the consistency you like. Makes 2 cups (sixteen 2-tablespoon servings).
