Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lower-calorie, lower-sodium catsup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon powdered fruit pectin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Dash pepper
Directions
1. In a screw-top jar, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Cover and shake well (be sure all pectin is dissolved). Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before using.
3. To store any remaining dressing, cover and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. Shake the dressing before serving. Makes about 1/2 cup (eight 1-tablespoon servings.)
