Ingredients

  • 1 10 - ounce package frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Spanish peanuts or honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peas and peanuts.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, and sugar until well combined. Spoon over pea mixture. Stir until coated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
