In a storage container, combine all ingredients. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days . Makes enough for 2-1/2 to 3 pounds meat.
Tip
- Suggested Uses: Toss a couple of tablespoons with fresh vegetables before grilling. Rub on fish, chicken, pork, and beef before grilling (If using a cut of meat that is long cooking brush the rub on only for about the last 20 minutes.)
